A contemporary new build project- 5000 sq ft 

The former property dated back to the early 1940s. The decision to demolish the house was made, as not only did it need a full refurbishment but also needed raising to street level for easier access. The clients also wanted to maximise the stunning views to the back of the property.

Working alongside an Architect for planning purposes, we designed the perfect family home. The house flowed effortlessly due to our careful consideration of every space required. All fixtures and fittings were specified to tie in seamlessly with the well thought out floor plans.

We managed the full project from start to finish, Attending all site meetings, working on all the costings and taking a full client representative role with the contractor.
