The main objective to this brief was to create more out of the space. The existing flat consisted of 2 large bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Through clever reconfiguration, we created 3 bedrooms, 1en-suite and a family bathroom. With a full refurbishment, the apartment not only achieved much more usable space, but also increased the property price.
